Crown Cloud Dinamis is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are well-maintained and efficiently utilized. This is an immediate opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented and passionate about logistics and fleet management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate and manage the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and available for use.,Oversee the maintenance and repair schedules, working with mechanics and vendors to ensure timely service.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle performance, identifying areas for improvement and cost savings.,Manage vehicle documentation, including insurance, registration, and service records.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure vehicles are assigned and returned on time.,Conduct regular vehicle inspections and safety checks to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with regulations.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and expenses.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
