📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and prospect potential customers for our property developments.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Drive sales by meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve team goals and objectives.,Stay up-to-date with market trends and industry developments to inform sales strategies.,Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential customers.,Prepare and present sales reports and presentations to clients and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
