• Plan, coordinate, and execute tours and travel packages, ensuring high-quality guest experiences.
• Manage and monitor tour schedules, ensuring punctuality and adherence to itineraries.
• Coordinate with local vendors, tour guides, and transportation providers to ensure seamless operations.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the tour.
• Monitor and report on tour performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as local laws and customs.
• Use Salesforce and QuickBooks to manage tour operations and financials.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry, preferably in a similar role.
