📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and monitor production schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.,Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and communication.,Maintain high-quality standards by conducting regular quality checks and inspections.,Resolve production issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.,Update and maintain production records and reports accurately.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.,Ensure compliance with safety protocols and standards in the production area.,Assist in training and mentoring new team members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production-related role.,Strong understanding of production processes and quality control standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using production management software and tools.,Familiarity with safety procedures and regulations is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not required.,Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.
