YIELD Corporindo is seeking a dedicated Shop Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the management and operation of our retail shop. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for retail. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to our company's success.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the management and operation of the retail shop, including stocking shelves, pricing items, and ensuring the shop is clean and organized.,Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with their purchases and answering any questions they may have.,Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain accurate inventory records and report any discrepancies to the store manager.,Promote sales and special offers to customers.,Assist in the preparation and presentation of merchandise for display.,Collaborate with the team to ensure a positive and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred but not required.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic computer software and hardware is a plus.,Ability to lift and move items up to 20 pounds.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
