We are looking for a dedicated Restaurant Manager to join our team at Sentral Gita Sate in Batang. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the restaurant staff to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.,Oversee food preparation and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure adequate stock.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Ensure the restaurant is clean and well-maintained.,Prepare and present financial reports to management.,Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.,Proven track record of managing and leading a team.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus.
