📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Design and conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars.,Assess employee training needs and create customized training plans.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback.,Collaborate with department heads to ensure training aligns with company goals.,Maintain records of training activities and participant progress.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Knowledge of training methodologies and assessment techniques.,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR tools.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
