Central Mart Berjaya is seeking a dedicated Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and development, and a commitment to helping our team grow and succeed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to employees,Assess training needs and design appropriate training solutions,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs,Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees,Maintain and update training materials and resources,Collaborate with management to align training programs with business goals,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the organization

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in using training management software,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian,Certification in training and development is a plus
