📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the management and coordination of day-to-day operations in the assigned area.,Oversee and manage a team of employees, ensuring they are motivated and productive.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of the team and individual employees.,Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and effective operations.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Provide leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in a management position.,Strong knowledge of management principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HR policies and procedures.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to travel frequently, if required.
