📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the supervision of daily operations,Ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to the required standard,Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations,Maintain accurate records and reports,Handle any customer complaints or issues,Participate in team meetings and training sessions,Assist in the development of new processes and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Good understanding of operational processes and procedures,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with relevant software and tools,Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus,Fluent in Indonesian and English
