📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and inventory management.,Manage and train restaurant staff to ensure high standards of service and food quality.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.,Monitor and maintain restaurant cleanliness and hygiene standards.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Assist in the development and implementation of restaurant marketing and promotional strategies.,Work closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure the smooth running of the restaurant and the achievement of operational goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of success in managing restaurant operations and staff.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations, as well as food handling and preparation techniques.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
