📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and motivate a team of store staff to achieve sales targets.,Implement and enforce store policies and procedures.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Conduct regular staff training and development programs.,Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports.,Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve store objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management.,Proven track record of successfully managing a retail store.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Knowledge of retail software and POS systems is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
