📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure training needs are met.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of trainers and facilitators.,Maintain and update training records and reports.,Organize and conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars.,Collaborate with the Training Officer to ensure the smooth execution of training activities.,Provide feedback and support to employees on their training and development needs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
