📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure food quality and safety standards are met.,Develop and implement menus that align with the restaurant's concept and customer preferences.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff to maintain high standards of performance.,Manage inventory and purchasing to ensure cost efficiency and availability of ingredients.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Collaborate with the management team to plan and execute special events or promotions.,Monitor kitchen performance and make necessary adjustments to improve efficiency and productivity.,Ensure all food preparation areas are clean and well-maintained.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef in a similar role.,Proven track record of managing kitchen operations and ensuring food quality.,Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety regulations.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with menu development and cost control.,Experience in training and mentoring kitchen staff.,Ability to work collaboratively with management and other departments.
