📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all culinary operations to ensure high-quality food preparation.,Develop and implement menus that align with the restaurant's concept and customer preferences.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in accordance with local regulations.,Manage inventory and ensure efficient use of ingredients.,Collaborate with the management team to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.,Monitor kitchen performance and implement improvements as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of success in managing culinary operations.,Strong knowledge of various cuisines and culinary techniques.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.,Education in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience.
