📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee daily sales counter operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to maintain high standards of customer service and sales performance.,Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.,Monitor sales targets and provide regular reports to management.,Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to ensure a positive customer experience.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service and sales processes.,Promote company products and services to potential customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or customer service roles.,Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with sales management software is a plus.
