In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.,Implement and enforce store policies and procedures to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.,Drive sales growth through effective merchandising, promotions, and customer engagement strategies.,Manage and mentor a team of store managers and staff to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the regional manager.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and local regulations.,Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of store staff.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and support of store operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and staff.,Proficiency in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Knowledge of retail industry trends, best practices, and customer behavior.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
