Depot Yoga Cafe & Coffee is looking for a dedicated Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our cafe and ensuring that everything runs smoothly. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the daily operations of the cafe, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the cafe is a safe and comfortable space for customers and staff.,Oversee the preparation and serving of food and beverages, and ensure that all products are of high quality and meet customer expectations.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Work closely with the management team to develop and implement operational strategies and goals.,Train and develop staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.,Ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and that the cafe is operating within budget.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the food and beverage industry.,A strong understanding of operational management principles and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with a diverse team.,A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.,A passion for coffee and a desire to create a welcoming and enjoyable environment for customers.,Familiarity with inventory management and sales analysis software is a plus.,A valid driver's license and the ability to drive a company vehicle is required.
