📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement production plans using SAP and in-house systems, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer demands.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage resources, schedules, and inventory levels.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Collaborate with suppliers and logistics partners to optimize supply chain efficiency.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in production planning.
• Report on production performance metrics and provide actionable insights to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in production planning and scheduling, with a strong background in manufacturing or logistics.
• Proven expertise in using SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to travel domestically as needed.
