📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the production process to ensure that all production activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.,Monitoring production schedules and ensuring that all production targets are met.,Ensuring that all production equipment and machinery is in good working condition and is properly maintained.,Supervising and coaching production staff to ensure that they are performing at their best.,Ensuring that all production processes comply with safety regulations and standards.,Ensuring that all production materials are ordered and received in a timely manner.,Ensuring that all production waste is minimized and properly disposed of.,Ensuring that all production processes are continuously improved to increase efficiency and productivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of production processes and equipment.,Strong leadership and supervisory skills.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with quality control and safety regulations.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
