Klinik Nanda Fashion is looking for a talented Recruitment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for our growing fashion clinic. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the success of our company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire the best candidates for our fashion clinic.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process.,Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role in the fashion or retail industry.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
