📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the management and coordination of daily sales activities to meet and exceed sales targets.,Provide excellent customer service to both in-store and online customers.,Assist in the merchandising and display of products to maximize visibility and sales.,Conduct regular inventory checks and ensure accurate stock levels.,Assist in the organization and execution of sales promotions and events.,Provide support to the sales team in achieving their individual and team targets.,Assist in the training and development of new staff members.,Maintain a clean and organized retail environment at all times.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment is preferred but not required.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with basic retail software and systems is a plus.,Basic knowledge of English is required.,Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 20 pounds as needed.
