📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue sales leads to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.,Prepare and present sales proposals to potential clients.,Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.,Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products/services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using sales tools and software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with the local market and industry trends is a plus.
