📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans to achieve targets.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the international logistics and parcel services industry.,Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management and stakeholders.,Collaborate with the sales team to develop and deliver presentations, proposals, and demonstrations.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions.,Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and new products or services.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or a related role in the logistics or parcel services industry.,Strong knowledge of international logistics and parcel services, including regulations, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken, as well as other relevant languages.,Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities and challenges.
