Code Pearl Sentosa is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Demi Chef to join our team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about creating delicious and innovative dishes, and who can work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

As a Senior Demi Chef, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in preparing and cooking food for our guests. You will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene, and for ensuring that our kitchen is clean and well-organized.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking food for our guests,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene,Ensure that our kitchen is clean and well-organized,Work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment,Create delicious and innovative dishes,Train and mentor junior staff members,Participate in inventory management and cost control,Ensure that all dishes are prepared and served according to the restaurant's standards and guidelines

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Demi Chef or similar role,Proven track record of working in a high-volume restaurant or similar environment,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment,Excellent communication and teamwork skills,Ability to work well with others and in a team environment,Familiarity with Indonesian and Western cuisine,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
