📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with the last 3 years in a senior HR role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven experience in recruitment, training, and employee relations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
