This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and maintaining high standards of inventory management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, order picking, and packing.,Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of warehouse processes to meet production and delivery targets.,Manage and train warehouse staff to maintain high standards of performance and safety.,Monitor inventory levels and implement reordering procedures to prevent stockouts and overstocking.,Coordinate with suppliers and production teams to ensure timely receipt and distribution of goods.,Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols to ensure a secure and efficient working environment.,Conduct regular audits to assess warehouse operations and identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.,Proven ability to manage and train warehouse staff effectively.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian regulations and standards related to warehouse operations.
