• Warmly greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
• Manage and confirm reservations accurately using our in-house reservation system.
• Provide exceptional service by promptly addressing guest inquiries and concerns.
• Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and ready for guests throughout the day.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and other service teams to maintain high standards of food and beverage service.
• Uphold Accor's high standards of hospitality and professionalism in all interactions.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Adhere to health and safety protocols to ensure a safe dining environment for all guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a hospitality or customer service role, preferably in a dining or restaurant setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests and team members effectively.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with using reservation and guest management software.
• Excellent organizational skills to keep the dining area clean and well-maintained.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
