📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on elevator and escalator systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues using advanced diagnostic tools and software, including KONE's proprietary maintenance systems.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment.
• Perform repairs and replacements as needed, adhering to manufacturer specifications and safety regulations.
• Document all maintenance activities and issues in the KONE maintenance management system.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth and efficient system performance.
• Participate in training and development programs to stay updated with the latest industry standards and technologies.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory requirements to ensure a safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance and repair of elevator and escalator systems.
• Certification in elevator and escalator maintenance, preferably from a recognized institution such as the National Elevator Industry Association (NEIA) or the International Association of Elevator Contractors (IAEC).
• Proficiency in using advanced diagnostic tools and software, including KONE's proprietary maintenance systems.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems relevant to elevator and escalator technology.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and regulatory requirements in the elevator and escalator industry.
• Ability to travel to various job sites as needed.
