📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily cash transactions and ensure accurate financial records.
- Operate and maintain POS systems, including handling cash deposits and withdrawals.
- Reconcile bank statements to ensure financial accuracy and detect any discrepancies.
- Prepare and submit financial reports on a regular basis.
- Provide excellent customer service during cash transactions.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding financial transactions.
- Assist in training new staff on cash handling and POS systems.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi & Syarat:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in cash handling and financial reconciliation.
- Proficient in using POS systems and financial software such as QuickBooks or similar.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with Indonesian banking and financial regulations.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent, with additional certifications in finance or accounting preferred.
