📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify children's functional abilities and developmental needs.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including pediatricians, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care for children with various developmental needs.
• Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and provide regular updates to families and caregivers.
• Educate families and caregivers on therapeutic techniques, adaptive equipment use, and strategies to promote independence and functional skills at home.
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, such as workshops, seminars, and continuing education courses, to stay current with best practices in pediatric occupational therapy.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of all patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in pediatric occupational therapy, with a strong focus on children's developmental needs and functional abilities.
• Professional certification as an Occupational Therapist, such as the Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) or the Registered Occupational Therapist (OTR).
• Experience working with children with various developmental needs, including those with physical, cognitive, or emotional disabilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems, such as Epic or Cerner, for documentation and data management.
