As a Junior Finance, Accounting & Tax Specialist, you'll be part of a team that ensures our financial processes are accurate, efficient, and compliant with Indonesian regulations. You'll work closely with our accounting team to manage day-to-day financial operations, including preparing financial reports, reconciling accounts, and assisting with tax filings. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Support the accounting team in reconciling bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Help with the processing of invoices, payments, and other financial transactions using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Assist in the preparation and filing of corporate tax returns, ensuring compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.
• Provide support in the preparation of financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.
• Participate in the preparation of financial analysis and present findings to the management team.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in accounting or financial roles, preferably in a fintech or financial services company.
• Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Basic knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
